Brandon Burlsworth's Locker On Permanent Display - Mother's First Viewing
After beginning his college career as a walk-on in 1994, Brandon Burlsworth completed his career as an All-American WITH a masters degree. He was selected with the 63rd overall pick by the Indianapolis Colts in the 1999 NFL draft. Burlsworth’s locker was encased in glass in the Arkansas Razorback locker room shortly after his tragic passing in 1999. Following the 2017 football season the Broyles Athletic Center, which housed the game day locker room was demolished making way for a large stadium expansion. The Hall of Honor was part of that expansion and it is there that Burlsworth's locker proudly stands. This video shows Ms Barbara Burlsworth, Brandon’s mother, viewing it for the first time, along with her oldest son and Brandon’s older brother, Marty.
